What you’ll learn:
Wire Shaping: Bend, wrap, and forge wire into geometric shapes using jewelry pliers and mandrels.
Cold Forging and Texturing: Work-harden your shapes on a steel block using various hammers for added strength and surface texture.
Custom Ear Wires: Hand craft, file, and polish your own comfortable french ear wires.
Torch Techniques: Use a micro-torch to fuse silver wire tips into custom decorative ball-end head pins. (optional)
This 2 hour class includes all the tools and materials to make 2-3 pairs of silver and brass earrings. Just bring your creativity, and reading glasses if you need help with fine detail work!
