Skull friend charm with sapphire eyes

This cute little skull charm was hand carved in wax and cast in sterling silver. Two sparkly sapphires are set into the eyes. You can choose pink or blue sapphires! Charm comes on an 18” silver box chain. Stones are approximately 2.7mm each.
